Structure of the 45-Minute Boxing Music:
1. Warming-Up
(3 minutes) A high-energy warm-up track with motivational vocals to get everyone fully into the flow.
2. H.I.I.T. Music – Cinematic
(10 rounds) 10 intense 30-second cinematic tracks, each followed by 30 or 10 seconds of rest. Perfect for High-Intensity Interval Training to boost your conditioning and strength.
3. Boxing House Music
(4 rounds) 4 rounds of 2 minutes of boxing on powerful, uplifting House tracks. These tracks are extremely motivational, including hits such as:
- “Go Hard Or Go Home”
- “The Soul Is The Goal”
- “Keep Believing”
4. Intermezzo House Music
(4 rounds) 4 rounds of 1 minute to break up the training. Ideal for core exercises, SAQ, interactive games, or fun competition elements. A refreshing change of pace with a smile.
5. Speed Drills – Cinematic
(2 rounds) Everyone performs 4 × 30 second at maximum speed. No complicated combinations — just 1 or 2 techniques executed as fast as possible on high-energy cinematic music.
6. Finals! – Cinematic
(2 rounds) The grand finale: 2 × 1 minute to give everything you’ve got on simple but powerful exercises. Upbeat film music to squeeze out the last bit of energy. Finish on character!
7. Cooling Down – LoFi / Ambient
Slow down and gradually lower your heart rate with relaxing LoFi/Ambient music. Perfect moment to stretch your arms, shoulders, and upper body while cooling down.
