55 MINUTE KICKBOXING FITNESS PROGRAM
GET AS SUPERFIT AND STRONG LIKE A KICKBOXER!
In this concept you train like a kickboxer, but without sparring. Young and old, men and women, beginner and advanced, everyone can participate at his / her own level. At UFW Kickboxing you train in exactly 55 minute effectively with punch and kick techniques to get in the best shape of your life.
The class is built in 7 phases:
Intro (Mental Preparation / Mokusu)
HIIT (10 High Intensity Interval Exercises)
Leg Stretching (3 minutes)
Kickboxing Combinations (24 minutes)
Climax (3x 1 minute against a puching/kicking bag)
Outro (short 1 minute meditation)

When you follow our official instructor course, then after you pass the exam you will receive the original Japanese Certificate signed by 5 time Kickboxing World Champion Semmy Schillt
